Overview

M&M Windows collaborated with Rowlinson construction on a project to develop a block of new build flats in Manchester. We worked closely with the client to redesign the windows to achieve fire escapes but keeping the windows aesthetically pleasing.

Measured Benefit

Specification from the client was to supply products that complimented the aesthetics of the build, provided security, energy efficiency and quality. Our windows provide a low u-value ensuring better insulated homes, resulting in lower heating bills & reducing the building overall carbon footprint.
