M&M Windows collaborated with Hassett Homes on a project in a rural area of Formby to develop a new build project of 8 Large detached houses. We costed and advised designs to meet regulations but keeping the windows aesthetically pleasing.
Measured Benefit
Specification from the client was to supply products that complimented the aesthetics of the build, provided security, energy efficiency and quality. Our windows provide a low u-value ensuring better insulated homes, resulting in lower heating bills & reducing the building overall carbon footprint. We used VEKA wind-loading calculations to ensure the larger frames comply. The windows really complemented the building on this project and the large glazing area’s installed offered stunning views.
